The toilet/bathroom had very bad smell!!! Terrible.

A smallish hotel with personal touches. Good value for money. Flooring finished with laminated wood, not carpet which means great for those with sensitivity to dust. Bedding is very comfortable for this price which includes b&b type breakfast. The decor needs getting use to.

Windows are too small.

Cozy atmosphere with cute deco, girls would love it...good location. Breakfast is good.

Bed should be moved around to be able to clean more thoroughly.

I think that the staff at the Front Desk provided excellent service and despite having a miscommunication about my payment, they gladly asked me to check into my room before clarifying it. They were very warm and helpful and on the day of our departure, the lady at the counter even made numerous calls just to help us figure out the best way to reach Kenting. The rooms were delightful, as was the entire hotel. The design of the hotel seemed very homely and warm as well.

Hotel staff are very helpful. Location is good and within walking distance to subway. Large bazaar is just within 5 minutes walk. Very quiet and has a home feeling

Cannot expect too much on view from the rooms. Not many rooms have an open view. The one I stayed has no view at all. However, since my wife and I had spent most of the days outside the hotel, it is not our priority.

The hotel is using cardless system. We went back one night and was locked outside the door.The system didn't recognize our password. We've tried several times. The staff had to use the master password to unlock. Also, bathroom door should keep not use glass tampered, its quite visible. And more convenience at the doorstep.

Cute hotel, hard working staff, great location. great value. Will tell my friends about it.

Our room was small but comfortable. The room needed a chair and a place to put our suitcase.

The tea and coffee bags provided were delicious, very different from what other hotels provided. We had accidentally double-booked the rooms and they offerred to give us credit for the one room night's penalty which the other online hotel-booking agent charged. The breakfast was excellent compared to all the other hotels we stayed in for our Taiwan trip, although insufficient for those with big appetities. They even gave us extra toast for free when we asked for it. The lift was beautiful and had a sofa for you to rest while goinh up to your rooms.

There were no soap dish provided and no where to hang the small hand towels. The cabinet for hanging your coats is a bit small.

Hotel location is good where it is near to shopping centre and easy to access. Hotel wise is very small, staff are very friendly and polite. Breakfast spread is very small where we can have it as buffet style but only American breakfast is served. Food wise is very poor that during my second day, they served me with a burn toast break.

The place is cozy and exotic. Location is great as it has many shopping places around and is close to the Central park where we get to refresh ourselves after a tiring day trip.

I reli love the hotel with cute decoration~! just like living in a little palace with purple all around~!
